Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling your child at Mercy Education Learning Center, you agree to these terms and conditions. Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of all required documentation.

Hours of Operation

Late pickup fees apply after closing time. We are closed on major holidays.

Tuition and Fees

• Tuition is due weekly in advance
• Late payment fees apply after 5 business days
• Registration fee required upon enrollment
• No refunds for absences or holidays
• Two weeks written notice required for withdrawal

Health and Safety Requirements

For the safety of all children:

• Current immunization records required
• Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning
• Sick children will be isolated and parents contacted immediately
• All medications must be in original containers with written instructions
• Emergency contact information must be current

Drop-off and Pick-up Policies

• Only authorized individuals may pick up children
• Photo ID required for unfamiliar authorized persons
• Children must be signed in and out daily
• Late pickup fees: $1 per minute after closing
• Repeated late pickups may result in termination of services

Behavior and Discipline Policy

We use positive reinforcement and age-appropriate guidance. Physical punishment is never used. Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed through parent conferences and may require additional support services.

Personal Belongings

• Label all personal items with child's name
• Center not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items
• Toys from home should be approved by staff
• Provide extra clothes appropriate for weather and activities

Communication

We maintain open communication through daily reports, parent conferences, newsletters, and our open-door policy. Parents are encouraged to discuss concerns with staff or management.

Termination of Services

Services may be terminated by either party with two weeks written notice. Immediate termination may occur for non-payment, violation of policies, or behavior that endangers other children or staff.

Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and safety protocols, parents acknowledge that participation in childcare activities involves inherent risks. We are not liable for injuries occurring during normal play activities.
